Smash Mouth

The East Bay Sessions was a demo album by Smash Mouth. It is composed of demos previously heard on Fush Yu Mang and Astro Lounge as well as "Every Word Means No" (a song they later recorded) and songs that were never released. It contains the demo for "Nervous in the Alley", which (in demo version) was the first Smash Mouth song ever to be played on the radio.
